One or more Archive groups can be added to a zone/unit if needed. The client can send his/her archive requests to email@example.com.
Material can be added to an archive group like any other display group, but a media player will not be connected. Material can be saved to an archive group for later use.
Tips to using an archive:
- Material won’t be automatically saved to the archive. It has to be added separately
- The material in the archive is recommended to be scheduled to have ”No end date”. Like this the presentation will remain in the archive and is always searchable
- When distributing material from the archive it is recommended to create a copy of the archive version. Like this the original file will remain in the archive and won’t be deleted by mistake.
