The FirstView logo video is shown on the screen

Please confirm that

  • All cables are ok and plugged correctly
  • The network connection is up (wireless or cable)
  • The media player is connected, you can check this from the FirstView Manager (green dot in the Overview page)
  • The media player is connected to a display group in the FirstView Manager
  • Material has been added to the display and it has been timed correctly. Also the correct display zone has been chosen in the FirstView Manager

You can also try to reboot the media player by turning it off for a while.
