Please confirm that

  • The internet connection is ok (wireless or cable – you can use a laptop to test, for example) and that there hasn’t been any changes in the network (e.g. password hasn’t changed in the wireless network)
  • Reboot the media player (Unplug the power cord and then plug it again)
  • Configure the network information again if needed
