• The display doesn’t have power saving or automatic poweroff (a common time is 2-4 hours) using the remote control
• The material added to the display has been scheduled correctly using the FirstView Manager. For more about scheduling, check Scheduling and stopping presentations
• The screen saving settings are correct in the FirstView Manager
