Alterations to contract conditions: FirstView has the right – in terms of existing contracts – to alter these contract conditions, special conditions concerning the services and payment grounds concerning the services by notifying the customer of the alteration in writing at least 30 days before the alteration comes into effect, for example in an invoice. If the alteration is disadvantageous to the customer, the customer can terminate the contract in writing at least 14 days before the alteration comes into effect. In this case the contract will end on the date the alteration comes into effect. If the customer doesn’t terminate the contract, the alterations come into effect. If FirstView makes an alteration to matters mentioned in product descriptions it isn’t considered as an alteration of contract conditions or a violation of the contract.
