Unless agreed otherwise, i) a fixed-period contract will continue three (3) months at a time after the agreed fixed period unless it is terminated in writing not later than one (1) month before the ending of the contract period in question; and ii) a contract that is open-ended has to be terminated in writing and will end in three (3) months from the termination. If the customer terminates the contract, payments paid in advance won’t be returned. The customer has the right to terminate the contract at once, if i) the service essentially differs from what was agreed, and FirstView doesn’t renew the delivery from the customer’s notification in a reasonable time period; or ii) the delivery of the service gets postponed unreasonably caused by FirstView’s actions. The termination right only concerns a faulty or a postponed part of the service. The termination has to be done in writing. |
| h suomi (fi) | Sopimuskaudesta sovitaan sopimuksessa. Ellei muuta ole sovittu, i) määräaikainen sopimus jatkuu sovitun määräajan jälkeen kolme (3) kuukautta kerrallaan, ellei sitä kirjallisesti irtisanota viimeistään yksi (1) kuukausi ennen kunkin sopimuskauden päättymistä; ja ii) toistaiseksi voimassaoleva sopimus on irtisanottava kirjallisesti ja se päättyy kolmen (3) kuukauden kuluttua irtisanomisesta. Jos asiakas päättää sopimuksen, etukäteen maksettuja maksuja ei palauteta. Asiakkaalla on oikeus irtisanoa sopimus päättymään välittömästi, jos i) palvelu olennaisesti poikkeaa sovitusta, eikä FirstView kohtuullisen ajan kuluessa asiakkaan ilmoituksesta uusi toimitusta; tai ii) jos palvelun toimitus kohtuuttomasti viivästyy FirstView:n tuottamuksesta johtuvasta syystä. Irtisanomisoikeus koskee ainoastaan palvelun virheellistä tai viivästynyttä osaa. Irtisanominen on tehtävä kirjallisesti. |
