The contract period is agreed on in the contract. Unless agreed otherwise, i) a fixed-period contract will continue three (3) months at a time after the agreed fixed period unless it is terminated in writing not later than one (1) month before the ending of the contract period in question; and ii) a contract that is open-ended has to be terminated in writing and will end in three (3) months from the termination. If the customer terminates the contract, payments paid in advance won’t be returned. The customer has the right to terminate the contract at once, if i) the service essentially differs from what was agreed, and FirstView doesn’t renew the delivery from the customer’s notification in a reasonable time period; or ii) the delivery of the service gets postponed unreasonably caused by FirstView’s actions. The termination right only concerns a faulty or a postponed part of the service. The termination has to be done in writing.
