Always make these checks before contacting technical support. Most common causes for display to be blank are: Scheduling for all presentations has ended, wrong scheduling or display is turned off.

Display is blank but mediaplayer is connected to server (green circle)
- Check content and scheduling
- Check all cables
- Check that display is set to correct input / source with remote controller.
- Check that there's no automatic power off in displays settings
- If HDMI/VGA splitters are used, try connecting the mediaplayer directly to a display
- If possible, try with different HDMI/VGA cable
- Try with another video source, like a laptop
- Try rebooting the mediaplayer
Old material is displaying on screen and red circle in overview page.
- Check the internet connection with laptop
- Try rebooting the mediaplayer
- If this problem reoccurs, contact technical support
Display turns off by itself
- Check that there's no automatic power off in displays settings with remote controller. (This is typically set to somewhere between 2 to 4 hours)
- Check content and scheduling in FirstView Manager
- Check screensaver settings in FirstView Manager
Image is not centered on screen or has black bars left and right
- Check settings in display with a remote controller, disable any overscan features, turn on automatic picture adjusting.
- If you're using HDMI/DVI cable and symptoms are as above, contact technical support
