Media guide
FirstView supports wide range of media types. This guide will assist you to produce optimized content on your screens.
If content isn't showing correctly, check settings of your display. No zooming, direct signal and aspect ratio of 16:9

Images
Images can be produced with any suitable software (like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc). Images can be horizontal or vertical. Recommended resolution is 1920 x 1080 px.
Larger images are automatically adjusted to the size of the screen. Too small images will leave black borders around the display. RGB color space is recommended
Image formats supported are JPEG and PNG. (PNG is preferred when the image contains text)
- 1920 x 1080px, 72dpi
- Color space RGB
- Format JPEG or PNG
Converting PowerPoint presentation
To add PowerPoint-presentation to FirstView Manager, first you have to convert it to series of images. Make sure the presentation is in aspect ratio of 16:9.
Save the presentation as JPG or PNG images.
Presentation will be saved in a folder called by the name of your presentation. Add all images to your presentation in FirstView Manager.
Videos
HDCube and PiCube
- Suports almost any video format. We recommend to use either h264 or mpeg4 formats.
- Resolution 1920 x 1080 (1080p)
MediaCube
- Supported video formats are mpeg2 and mpeg4 (h264 up to 1024x768 resolution)
- Resolution 1280 x 720 (720p)
