• Material won’t be automatically saved to the archive. It has to be added separately
• The material in the archive is recommended to be scheduled to have ”No end date”. Like this the presentation will remain in the archive and is always searchable
• When distributing material from the archive it is recommended to create a copy of the archive version. Like this the original file will remain in the archive and won’t be deleted by mistake.
