FirstView has the right to terminate the contract to end immediately either entirely or partially, i) if the customer violates the contract essentially and doesn’t correct the violation in a reasonable time despite FirstView’s notification; ii) the customer hasn’t paid an overdue payment in 14 days since having been informed in writing; iii) the customer is bankrupt, has been placed in liquidation or is in another manner unable to pay; iv) the licensor or FirstView’s foreman doesn’t deliver the service or license or terminates the service or the delivery of the license to FirstView or the customer. The termination has to be done in writing. A termination done by FirstView doesn’t disband the customer’s obligation to pay the payments to the end of the contract period, unless the termination is caused by an insuperable obstacle or part iv) above.
