Conferences can be summarized and presented on a summary screen. From the summary screen the viewer can see where and when each conference is held. The user can choose which conference rooms and conferences can be seen on the summary screen from the FirstView Manager. After the conference reservations have been made, the system creates the summary screen automatically.

The conference features are activated to the FirstView Manager on behalf of the customer. A request about the conference rooms and summary screens is sent to the FirstView technical support: tuki@firstview.fi

Koontinäytön muodostaminen aloitetaan Opastusnäytöt-välilehdeltä. Koontitaulut-valikosta valitaan haluttu koontinäyttö.

Valitse Pohja-valikosta haluttu pohja ja paina Tallenna, jolloin kaikki saatavilla olevat kokousnäytöt (kokoushuoneet) tulevat näkyviin.

Tämän jälkeen valitaan, mitkä kokousnäytöt halutaan näkymään koontinäytöllä. Kokousnäytöille voidaan oikealla olevasta valikosta valita opaste. Opasteen tarkoitus on havainnollistaa, missä kokoushuone on. Koontinäytöt sijaitsevat useimmiten rakennusten auloissa, jolloin opasteen avulla katsoja tietää, missä päin rakennusta kokoushuone sijaitsee. Paina Tallenna opasteiden valitsemisen jälkeen, jolloin ne tulevat näkyviin.

Hae sitten haluttu koontinäyttö FirstView Managerin Yhteenveto-sivulta ja klikkaa sitä.

Klikkaa esityksen oikeassa reunassa olevaa nuolipainiketta. Paina sitten koontinäyttökuvan oikeassa alareunassa olevaa suurennuslasipainiketta.

Selaimeen aukeaa välilehti, josta voit tarkastella koontinäyttöä. Koontinäytölle tulevat näkyviin kaikki valituissa kokoushuoneissa tapahtuvat tilaisuudet opasteineen ja kellonaikoineen. Jos kokouksia ei ole, niitä on ensin lisättävä. Lisää kokousten lisäämisestä täältä.
